Are you a Christian stepmother navigating difficult family dynamics, ongoing conflict with a biological mother, or challenges that are placing stress on your marriage and peace of mind? You are not alone, and you do not have to navigate these challenges without biblical guidance and support.
Standing in the Gap, presented by Image Academy, is an eight-week, faith-based course designed to help stepmothers become firmly grounded in their identity in Christ while learning to navigate high-conflict family relationships with wisdom, grace, and spiritual strength.
Through biblical teaching, prayer, personal reflection, and practical application, you will learn how to recognize spiritual battles without treating people as your enemy, establish healthy boundaries without guilt, manage emotional triggers, and stand confidently on the Word of God when family challenges arise.

This eight-week virtual journey includes biblical instruction, weekly reflection activities, guided prayers, Scripture studies, practical exercises, and a participant workbook to support your growth throughout the course.
You will be encouraged to examine your own responses, recognize unhealthy patterns, develop personal boundaries, and create a practical spiritual battle plan for navigating future challenges.
This course does not teach competition with the biological mother or encourage division within the family. Instead, it equips you to remain secure in Christ, honor appropriate family relationships, protect your marriage, and respond to conflict with biblical wisdom.

While praying alone is essential, praying with a partner is often needed-especially when challenges arise and we need someone to pray in agreement with us. Trust me, there were times when I was too weak to pray for myself-I needed a prayer warrior to pray for me.
